Temperature is an extremely critical physical parameter in industrial production, which requires measuring the temperature of various objects (including solids, liquids, gases) during the process. Accurate temperature measurement is of great significance for ensuring product quality, improving production efficiency, ensuring safe operation of equipment, and many other aspects.
There are currently two main temperature measurement techniques, one is to use a thermocouple or thermistor for contact temperature measurement, and the other is to use infrared thermal radiation for non-contact temperature measurement. For temperature testing of the liquid inside the oil tank, we choose the most suitable contact temperature measurement and use the HY4500 multi-channel temperature tester to test it.
The HY4500 multi-channel temperature tester can support up to 48 temperature measurement channels simultaneously, with a testing range of -200 ℃~1800 ℃. The main temperature measurement parameters are displayed in 6 bits, with a resolution of 0.01 ℃. It uses a hot spot thermocouple sensor for temperature measurement, with fast response speed. It can collect temperature from specific points and small spaces, and has wide applicability. It supports K/N/E/J/T/R/S/B multi type thermocouples.
Use K-type thermocouple for testing, immerse the thermocouple wire test point in the liquid in the oil tank, and connect the other end to the signal acquisition board of the instrument.


Start the test and the instrument will directly display the temperature value detected by the instrument.

The HY4500 series supports real-time display of curve charts and bar charts, which can detect the temperature change trends of various temperature measurement channels in real time, facilitating customers to better collect information, monitor temperature changes and data.
