Thank you for choosing "Haoyi Technology" products. Our company provides free warranty services to all direct users, and the warranty rules are as follows:
（1） Unless otherwise specified or agreed, the warranty period for LCR digital bridge, battery internal resistance tester, DC resistance tester, programmable DC power supply, and insulation resistance tester is two years, and the warranty period for programmable DC electronic load and programmable safety tester is one year (subject to the customer's purchase certificate, otherwise subject to the product's date of manufacture).
（2） The user must present this warranty certificate and the official purchase invoice.
（3） If a malfunction occurs during the warranty period and is confirmed by our technical personnel to have occurred under normal circumstances, Haoyi Technology will provide free repair of the damaged machine and replacement of parts services.
（4） All replaced parts will belong to Haoyi Technology.
（5） The logistics and transportation costs incurred during maintenance are the responsibility of the user.
（6） Haoyi Technology does not assume warranty responsibility in the following situations. If the user determines that Haoyi Technology needs to provide repair services, they will need to pay for the repair and parts material costs:
(A) The product has been repaired or modified by non technical personnel or non authorized service stations of our company.
(B) The product has been damaged due to accidents such as incorrect operation, maintenance, human damage, collision, fall, water immersion, etc.
（7） Our company will not be held responsible for any other losses incurred during the operation.
（8） The accessories such as chassis, fuses, batteries, probes, chassis, and cloth bags do not provide free warranty. If you need to purchase the above accessories, our company will charge a cost fee.
（9） This warranty certificate is only applicable to Chinese Mainland.
Attention: Please keep this warranty certificate and the original invoice of the purchasing company name. When repairing, it is necessary to show it to the maintenance personnel for reference in order to be effective.
