HY5680 Capacitor Leakage Current/Insulation Resistance Tester is specially designed for testing leakage current of tantalum capacitors, electrolytic capacitors, ceramic capacitors, etc. It has 4.3-inch TFT-LCD display, small size, and high cost performance. Output voltage can be arbitrarily set 1V~650V, capacitor leakage current measurement range 0.001uA~20.00mA, charging current up to 100mA, up to 30ms/time sampling rate, rich communication interface, for capacitor leakage current automation test equipment provides a preferred solution.
